If I stillared about pvp, I'd be pissed about this. It doesn't just afft rogues, druids and warriorsan also have some rather high damage mitigation. It's not a huge 'nerf' or anything (in ft, it's more of a 'fix'), but it'll still sk for a lot of rogues. Ah well.
